"What is required is not symbolic gestures but firm measures - from the US, European nations and the major economies - in providing defensive weapons and enforcing restrictions," mentioned in a social media post.
Officials stated that 450 drones and over thirty rockets struck Ukraine's energy infrastructure, describing such attacks as "strategic and deliberate" and against "everything that sustains normal life" as the weather cools.
Energy officials said Moscow was "inflicting a massive strike" and maintenance teams were laboring to fix the damage.
